Learn and develop expertise on our firmware and embedded software requirements, in order to create automatable test scripts
Author basic functionality, stress, and reliability tests using state-of-the art tools, and novel in-house test fixtures
Document and perform root cause analysis on testing failures
Collaborate closely and clearly communicate test plans and results to cross-functional team members

Successful Candidate Profile
-BS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 0-4 years of related experience
-Ability to solve open-ended engineering problems
-Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
-Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
-Experience coding/scripting in languages such as Python or MATLAB
-Experience with oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and debuggers
-Hands-on experience finding and troubleshooting failures
-Attention to detail
-Curiosity and willingness to learn
-Safety critical industries, such as Medical (preferred), technical consumer technology, or automotive
-C or C++, ARM, embedded systems, and communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN
-Bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
-Familiarity with software development processes, such as IEC62304
-Experience working under ISO13485 design controls
